Overview

Optimy is an all-in-one, configurable social impact management tool designed to enhance sponsorship, CSR, grants, employee engagement, and community investment. It streamlines request handling with customizable online forms, manages projects from a unified dashboard, scores requests based on KPIs, and provides a group-level view of ongoing activities.

Challenge

At Optimy, I faced the exciting challenge of crafting compelling multimedia content across various platforms. My role involved creating and managing a diverse range of assets—videos, motion graphics, podcasts, social media ads, infographics, and more—while optimizing web design and CMS to enhance user experience. Balancing content adaptation for different channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing, demanded both creativity and precision. Coordinating with marketing, sales, and PR teams added another layer of complexity, ensuring our content effectively supported and amplified our strategic goals. Additionally, around mid-2023, I led the charge in the company’s full rebranding effort, redefining our visual and strategic identity to align with our evolving mission and market presence.

Solution

To tackle these challenges head-on, I approached each task with a strategic mindset and creative flair. For the web design and CMS optimization, I streamlined the user experience with intuitive navigation and a responsive layout, ensuring seamless functionality. The promotional motion graphics and tutorial video were crafted to simplify complex concepts into visually compelling narratives, enhancing user engagement. I meticulously designed graphic assets to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms, blending creativity with consistency to deliver a polished and effective multimedia presence. A few months before leaving the company, I led a major rebranding initiative, redefining our visual and strategic identity to better align with our mission and elevate our market presence. I also contributed to the design of the new website, ensuring it reflected our refreshed brand before my departure.
