SUPER DRAGON PUNCH!!

CBR Headquarters - (Brussels March 2026)

Belgian electronic act Super Dragon Punch!! blends industrial textures, synth-driven intensity, dark melodic elements and high-energy performance. Their sound combines retro-futuristic influences with a contemporary alternative edge.

For this portrait session, I chose one of Brussels’ most recognisable brutalist landmarks, whose monumental geometry and repetitive concrete forms created a strong visual connection with the band’s sonic identity.

The contrast between raw architecture and human presence became central to the series: sharp styling, metallic details, body art and controlled expression set within a cold, futuristic environment inspired by industrial culture and urban modernism.

The project was captured using both digital and analogue photography. Alongside digital images, I also used MIRA 800 colour film and AGFA APX 400 black and white film, combining modern precision with the texture and character of film.

This series aimed to translate sound into image — capturing not only the artist’s appearance, but the atmosphere and attitude behind the music.
